I need some guidance. I was married in the Catholic Church to a man who turned into a monster. I want to pursue annulment, but I am concerned this is a man who paid for me to be killed (we lived outside the US). He also was convicted as a drug trafficker. My identity has been legally changed to protect me.

Is there an answer to my problem or am I simply stuck? I don’t know how to contact him and don’t want him to know where I am or my new identity. Can you help?

I am so sorry to hear that your husband has changed from being a loving husband to someone who has become a frightening stranger. I suggest that you stay away from this man who wants to harm you. He sounds dangerous

and you must continue to be careful in the future.

Ask God to give you the strength and courage to move on. Continue to pray and ask the Lord to keep you safe from harm. And know that God will be with you always.

IN TIME OF TROUBLE

Let me come to You with humble trust saying,

God, help me! In all my doubts and perplexities,
In my hours of loneliness, weariness, and trials,
Father, help me! When others fail me and

Your grace alone can assist me, help me
In spite of weakness and shortcomings

of every of kind, Lord help me and
never forsake me. Amen.

May God watch over you and give you the strength to keep you strong. I will keep you in my prayers.
